At PlushWonderland, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a printout of your return confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
